I get that, and when server has more than 40 players I can no longer play here as nothing tracks in PvP and NPC's become very hard to kill

you cant currently buy a PS3 so XBox 360 would be the best right now...

To answer which one is better:

Biggest factor is what games are available for the PS3 that you like, and what games are available for the XBox 360.

Performance wise they will both be good.

From what I've heard, in the next mod alot of the clan ships will be faster than current VHF's available now, and the Spartan was to be reintroduced anyway ...
