Are mods allowed in the server? like speed mod?
Are any mods used from within the server?

Seems that you have some issues with your own set up, because the server wouldnt be as busy as it is, if what your experienceing is the norm ...

I cannot shoot torps during fights because it shoots in a huge delay from
where I shoot it originally and I never live to see it through cause if I
want to see the torp shooting I need to stay at the same place for about 10 + seconds ( IN a FIGHT )

I noticed that adding a new Poll does not edit / replace the current Poll
nor can I delete the excisting Poll in my thread
(dont have priviliges, said only admins can do it)
