heres my ideas, slightly supporting cloaking devices but not all support for em, as complaints wud happen, but anyways

1. make small ships(like LF and such)have longer cloaks than big ships(HF and VHF etc.) except for BS, which would have cloak for 5 minutes BUT takes up energy slowly, so longer ...
