I just do not see the point in making a neutral version....... there is no point. The navy are the good guys LAW
and the Rogues are the bad guys SIMPLE

yeah so you are neutral group doubtful. Your are going to kill rogues so this makes more good than evil, you will not kill navy everytime you see them so this makes you another 2115 group.
