This may sound daft but give it a try anyway.
Disable any firewall, anti-virus or anti-spyware programs you may be using (unplug your modem if you're worried about security).

Re: Windows Vista/Windows 7
Hmm Windows 7.
Well to answer the 64 bit question 32 bit systems only have enough memory addresses to handle about 3.25gigs of ram, 64 bit however provides 4 times as many addresses and that's it..64 bit is not faster or more reliable than 32 bit it simply has more available addresses.
FYI you can ...

Re: This is not appropriate for persons under 18,
Lol, I'm sure you'll find that the ONLY people calling NATO the "USA" at ANY point in history were the Americans.
Similarly the "enemy" in the cold war wasn't simply the "CCCP" (that's USSR btw) since North Vietnam, North Korea and China were NOT part of the CCCP, neither was Cuba.

Re: district 9
I wasn't impressed.
Sure visually it's an impressive film with some great cinematography and some impressive special effects and the acting for the most part is pretty good (Sharlto Copley makes a convincing "harmless idiot" as Wikus Van De Merwe for example). However..

Don't know about cool, crazy might be a better word.
That said he really should be earning himself a shedload of money in the Hong Kong movie industry since he obviously has no regard for his own personal safety and can do some visually impressive things.

Re: The end of the Wii?
Yes both machines use vsync. The difference is the PS3 will maintain vsync even if it means dropping frames whereas the 360 will drop vsync in order to avoid dropping frames lol.
As I said it's very much swings and roundabouts with these two machines, they both take slightly different approaches ...

Re: ISP problem or not?
Those speeds are fine unless your connection is being sold to you as being faster than 4mbit in which case complain.
Raw connection speed does NOT affect ping, I've gone from 512k through to 20mbit and I still get the same ping because I'm stil on the same modem with the same cable terminator ...

Re: Can`t play on single player with the mod
There is NO support for the single player mode in the Void mod.
The Void mod is a multiplayer mod and as such it was not designed to ever be played offline.
Any problems you may have trying to play singleplayer with the Void mod are, to be blunt, your problems.

Re: For Molten and others with PS3's
Yeah the thing about PC's versus Consoles comes down to one thing and one thing alone...each 360 is exactly the same as the next one and each PS3 is exactly the same as the next one...PC's are all different even if on paper they have similar specs, something as small as a different Northbridge chip ...
