I don't think so. Problem is that bugged version (enhancers etc) was here for a long time and people just started to ignore server. This caused lower player count, and ...

Then its pointless to spend serveral hours of npc killing just to make all factions neutral .
Am I right when I am saying, that joining a group with player who has got some faction green or neutral do not make you green or neutral with corresponding faction ?

-keep trains and transports
-in 2115 v9, if planet has got a port, there is same commodities on planet and on port. That will be nice to keep
