News Flash: Britonia Battleship Calgary enroute to New London

Several hours ago, a joint task force of Rhineland and Britonian counter terrorist agents raided an abandoned base in Nomad1. The derilict station was later identified ESF base. From information gathered from my military sources we can confirm that 6 Britonians and 4 Rhineland soliders died in the firefight. The prize for this fight was a terrorist under the name of DUST.

All methods of  rendering a true name of this villianess have been a failure, her DNA is not on file in any of the major houses.

Dust has been charged with 75 counts of capital murder in Britonia, in cluding the murders of  Govenor and Mrs. Aurther Tisdale of the planet Leeds. As of this time no legal counsil has been assigned, and from our poll on New London the government will have a difficult time finding someone willing to defend her. The Rhineland government has also filed  33 charges of Murder and 200 counts of smuggling to the list of charges. The Murder charges alone will mandate a death sentance, and the numerous counts of smuggling of Cardimine have already been deemed a capital crime.
At this time we are waiting for approval from Admiral Alistar Santon for permission to interview Dust.

News Flash: Battleship Calgary  enroute to New London


As jump prep for the trip through Tartarus are underway. I do not have much time, according to my source in the military, the terrorist known only as Dust is pregnant, this news has highly upset the tribunal preparing for her arrival, since Bretonian law prohibits the death penalty of pregnant women. Accord my source Dust is seven months pregnant, and from his examination she is in good shape, and healthy. Too add to this, rumors have begun to surface, from the task force members that she is the property of a REAVER.

Admiral Santon has refused to acknowlage these rumors, as he has refused to allow an interview. If Dust is in fact  property of a or  a member of the REAVERS is still unknown, the admiral has confirmed that she refuses to cooperate with questioning. I can say that she has put two interrorgators in the medical bay with broken bones to there face and chest.

As I hear the jump engines ramp up, I end this report, with more questions waiting to be answered

The hulking Battlecruiser Calgary , newest ship of Bretonia. Frans broadcast held  many incuracies for one it is 83 counts of murder in Bretonia, and he wasn't the Govenor of New Leeds he was from Manchester, and his wife survived. As for rhineland, 75 counts of murder are all trumped up charges, the smuggling charges are accurate. I am not seven months pregnant, but eight easily mixed up.

I hate battleships, no manuverability, big targets, but  since the space suit don't fit at the moment , I will have to settle for the Admirals Office just off the bridge.  flying a fighter at eight months pregnant is a tad bit unhealthy.  Using the freelance reporter, to broadcast ship locations, and destinations was a good idea, my plan is all falling into place. Soon that traitorous dog will have to strike.

Just moments ago This great ship was attacked by a group of Fugitives , the attack seemed to be focused on the Jump drive for the ship. Although the attack was repelled ,several fighters from the ship were lost, a spoksmen for the air wing assigned here, said losses were minor, but the cost was high, as I am sad to report that Capt. Duncan Hower, the senior flight officer was killed in the engagement.

With the minor repairs underway we should reach the Babylonia Jump gate in the next day or so.

As I still have not been granted an interview with Dust, I can offer no new news as to her condition and or motives of her actions. When next i report I hope to have Admiral Santon as my guest.

Earle Grey Tea, to me it tastes like mud water, how can these bretons drink this stuff, give me a beer with a whiskey chaser any day.
From the observation port on board the Calgary I see my plan unfolding, a bit slower then I had expected. The traitor, who forced me to shed my true colors is staying at a distance. His use of Fugitive was expected, since he has ruined his relation with the Pirates in this system.

Unfortunatly, I had to set a few explosives on some of the Crusdaer ships in the hanger, some good pilots had to die, to bring my plan back on schedule.

Frans is getting to be more of a pain, constantly hounding the Admiral for an interview, I will have to deal with him soon.

I think Markus will have a big showing near the jump gate, but till then I still wait. The Reavers are not a forgiving bunch, and patience is not their virtue, hopfully Ogre can convince them not to attack the battleship and only hit their true enemy.

I hate not being out there in space, floating for a strike on my enemies.

Earlier today, off holovid Admiral Santon Agreed to answr a few questions for me.

Admiral How can one justify the losses for the capture of one person, who may or maynot be a member of the radical terrorist group  REAVERS

" Well, Mr Greely, it is the opinion of the Bretonian High Command that individuals or groups that operate outside the laws be brought to justice, no matter the cost"

But sir, isn't this a police job or bounty hunter job, not the job of the military far from it's national borders

Those were the words of Admiral Santon commanding officer of the Calgary, in referance to OA, I found out from some of the crew, that it means Omicron Alpha, I looked on the available star sharts, no habitable words are listed, but increased navy presence there has been reported, I also want to point out that none of the Major house have a military presence , or are acknowledging any presence in that system.

As for prisoner Dust, she was reportedly rushed to the medical bay last night for what my source says was a false alarm in her pregnancy, medical staff, on hand said that neonatal unit is standing by if she delivers, this early delivery may be caused due to injuries she recieved when she was captured.

As I see my air time is about up, I will report again from the Babylonia system, where Grand Admiral Joel Westfaylen and the Europsa Battle Task Force  Warsaw will be rondevousing with us to escort us to the Alexandria Jump gate.

At last the time for waiting is over.. Markus has begun his move. To remove me from my mortal coil.
The traitorous Jumba beast will soon see the planb I have had in motion. My allies, may be few, but the thrill of the kill excites them, they have been waiting a long time for this.

Se Markus unlike his twin, chose to betray the REAVERS, by exposing their secrets to the highest bidder. That bidder was the now dead, but the damage was done, Markus's brother was exposed, and his smuggling operation destroyed, the attacks made by the Bretonian Navy put him out of commision for alomost 6 moths. I fought markus, in the stolen fighter craft of his brother, he lost vowing revenge, but as I was a REAVER he could not kill me without the retaliation of the REAVERS. He went rogue, killing all who crossed his path, until he ran across the Bretonia ROyal Duchess , the queens personal cruiser, he got close enough for the queen to feel his blaster mussel against her back.
Only then did I realize what needed be done, only then did my cousin contact me, with her blessing and a ship of loyal officers did I do this. I left the REAVERS, to expose myself . Without the back up of the clan, I would be vulnerable, but if I was captured, and a locked up prisoner, even a half witted no skill pilot like him could see, a pilot without a fighter is just a target in space.
SO for the last two weeks, I set this game in motion, REAVERS waiting in the nebulea, three Bretonian Heavy Battlecruisers, and two RHineland Carriers on the just outside scanner range of most fighters.
He was patient, but foolish, his movments have been almost exactly according to what info , the good admiral fed to Mr. Greely.
I see the formation of fighters, on the main screen now...........

This is Frans Greely, Aboard the................Calga..... Co...nica..ion is... eing..... dis..upt...old...ju...a second, ( a look of relief comes across his face) There we have a few minutes.

About ten minutes ago, the Clagary came under heavy attack, as I stand here on the bridge, looking on the sensor screen, I count thirty , maybe fourty hostile targets, We have taken some losses, but from the friendly count on the screen I am seeing a discrpancy in the numbers. I am county fifty six fighters, with friend hails, most are Rhineland Valkerie fighters, to me it looks like enough for a carrier group, not a battle ship......oops sorry seems I might get cut off as the Admiral just gave me the look.

(A large explosion rocks the ship, nd muffled loud speaker announces something about hanger deck) From this vantage point I see the enemy has.... what the hell is that...
(Admiral Santons voice rises above that of the entire bridge crew and of Frans) " Holy Bloody Hell , a Nomad battleship, ALL craft break off the Fugitives and focus on the nomads, Helm Change course, heading 128 mark 214 bring the big guns to bear"

It seems our attackers are far more organized at it seems, the entry of a nomad battleship and several dozen nomad fighters........................

Bretonia Military Offical Combat Action Report:

Twenty two hours ago, the Battleship Calgary was attacked , by overwhelming forces, presumed to be led by the Markus Katar. During the attack the Calgary took major damage, and during the battle the crew was forced to abandon ship, most of the life pods, were destroyed in the attack, we are waiting for the Europa Military to give us a list of survivors at this time. During the battle that ensued near the Tartarus / Babylonia Jumpgate, it was recklessly reported that "Nomad" craft were sighted, all data shows no nomad activity in that area.

The Rhineland Government has condemmed the loss of their fine pilots and soliders in this attack by Markus Katar. We are happy to report, that during the fight, Rhineland Navy Pilot Brac Nogallis reported an explosion from Markus's Valkerie fighter, when he made a pass in tward the wounded fighter, he reported a hole in the cockpit ,we are assuming that he perished in the battle, Bretonia awarded the Navy Cross Posthumanously to the family of Major Nogallis in respect for his valiant efforts in thwarting this terrorists rampage.

In closing we have no confirmed reports as to the status of the pilot known as DUST, she was in the main brig, when a Sunslayer Torpedoe pearced the hull. he Bretonian Military is not planning any further actions to locate or aprehend this pilot or her allies, we consider this matter closed.
