 I'm playing over three years now on this server and i've never been banned. I'm a fair player and I never tried to do anything wrong.  I just follwed the RP.
I asked many times that player to drop the cardamine which he was carrying all the time and he never accepted.
If someone is doing so what is the use of RP?

You're wrong when you enforced your gameplay and RP on another player that doesn't wish to partake in YOUR RP.

Sorry I could careless about all this but if you've been here 3 years which I know you have, then you would have read those very rules stated in the forums from Fracture and they've been repeated on more than one occasion......

Most people could give a Rats about your RP, take it from me, I know

I am not in the habit of responding to public posts about bans, but I feel a couple of things need to be said.

1. The trader in question was carrying cardamine.  The trader in question was called H2O - not carrying it.

2. RP rules do not supercede SERVER rules. Harasment is NOT permitted. This was harassment. Mistakenly maybe - but harassment none the less. Overly agressive play is NOT permitted.

3. The player in question took the first set of kills in the spirit of the game.  He then requested to be left alone. The killings continued after the player made it quite clear that he did not want to play - you had made your point.  You persisted in harassment of this player.  The ban is for seven days for a clear breach of the server rules.

4. If the player had not complained and had been happy to continue in the RP then there would not have been a problem.

5. If the player had not asked you to stop and then complained about it  - the complaint would have been invalid

6. Spurious comments from those who are not involved in this merely "adds to the fire" - see some previous threads.

7. I would consider it a great favour BURN if you would edit your post with a translation of what you have said.  After all its only polite.

8. The ban remains.  Further argument will only result in a longer ban.

9. Whilst I accept that you have played for a long time here, we all have and do make mistakes - me included.  Your behavior towards H2O was your first mistake.  Make it your last.

If you broke the rules then I guess a seven day ban is to be expected.  If however you had maybe tried to explain your actions by PM rather than in public the ban might even have been shorter.  I was gonna say something about it being difficult with RP and all that but I guess point 2 makes that pretty clear.  Where does RP end and server rules begin? A slightly tricky one that....
