Planet Pittburgh, 20 bodies were found, crammed into a cargo container, , all suffering from close range gun shot wounds.

Battleship Missouri, three pilots found strangled  sitting in their cockpits on the flight deck.....

New Tokyo, Prime Minister Tohu's brother found beheaded in the Prime Ministers office....

All murders are linked to this one man. Monster is more the word.

Markus was last seen , or should I say heard from, when he lost a fighter battle some months ago, it was believed he died in the battle, but no body was recovered. Many forces offered a massive reward for his death. Can the known systems handle this vile enemies return.

if not for a targeting computer malfunction the poor REAVER would have met his vile maker

The Reavers are excited to start hunting down this very rewarding prey. -=REAVERS=-FireFly has already spent a little visit in Omicron Gamma to =Jase-Katar=, the petty trader who does nothing than gathering funds for his master. The ignorant slave didn't even know what hit him.

I told him this was merely a warning. In a replied I made earlier I told you that Ma[R]kus wouldn't have to do much to get himself hunted, and today I showed his slave why. He will be hunted. So...the infamous Markus Katar has returned...the Intergalactic Security Bureau has quite a file on you.

The LSF Chief of Staff looked worried. Reports coming in were not good.  Traders were begining to complain about the lack of cover offered for the sums of money and tax they were having to pay for it.  -=REAVERS=- activity was on the increase closer to home than he would have liked.  He leaned over his desk and stared blankly at the lists of reports scrolling past him on the desk monitor.  He muttered to himself, "Not good. Not good at all..."

There was a formal knock at his door and the orderly opened it even before the Chief said "Open".  
"Sir, there is a Commander Tarkus from the ISB who needs to speak with you urgently...."
From behind the orderly a very large hulking figure stooped down and through the doorway pushing the orderly to one side.  Andreas Tarkus was not a man someone easily refused entry to, ignored or ever forgot.  He thrust the palm recorder at the Chief.  "We have trouble. The Rogue known as Markus Katar has returned."

The Chief was somewhat taken aback as this Rogue had been hunted down and destroyed more times than he cared to mention. He had thought him gone for good. The Chief sat down heavily in his chair and hung his head in his hands.
"Good grief! Not again....."

So Markus has returned and he seems more deadlier than Jase.

Who would he spare?Or would he spare any?

Can money buy him?

Would he work for somebody else?

Asmodeus takes a last swig of his tequila and thinks, Right time to go to work and hunt down this Markus dude, better get me boots on.... Hold on !!!!...some one as stole me boots...!

Security personell line the halls heading tward the central controll of Fort Bush, blood smeared onto the walls, bodies lie on the floor , with blaster holes in multiple locations. through the gap in the damaged door, a young LSF officer begs for her life. A single blaster round rings out, and a sinister laugh fills the air.

As the guards rush the half open door a blinding flash of light engulfs them....


The igniting air and gas lights up the blackened void, Fort Bush' power offline. a lone ship drifts away from the starboard airlock, the engines fire up and she disappears into the VOID.

Horrified Navy and LSF fighter and rescue craft approach the damaged station, a gaping hole in the port airlock leaves no doubt that the terror has come to Liberty

The transcriber alarm went off.  Slowly Agent Tarkus took the small machine from his pocket.  Under his breath he swore. "Dang it! Its happening again."  He would await the reports from his ISB colleagues.  The meeting he was due to have was very important, with someone stating that he knew the where abouts of the Nemesis of Markus Katar.  Jase Katar himself.....

The LSF Chief was horrified as the reports flooded in.  He was on the next shuttle from Planet Manhatten with a disaster recovery team.  Yet again the hand of Markus Katar had fallen heavily on the LSF. He shuddered, and this so close to his well earned retirment too. What a way to end a long career.  He just hoped that the ISB could pull something out of the hat.  

The burning decks of Fort Bush came into view.....

It is a long trip from the Chunguku Jumpgate Site to New Tokyo, bur the money was good. Besides this far outside the main lanes meant little or no radio chatter. Voices over the subspace channels all  drone on about how the REAVERS this DACIA that, even the apparent chatter of the ESF gets old.

Cruise engines at maximum the transport  humms along the empty path, known only to a few seasoned pilots.


in the darkest part of the night , the emergancy alert goes off. All the channels scream of an attack on Fort Bush.

I'm too late.... MArkus has moved the first chess piece, and he has struck into the heart of the Liberty. he frantically begins setting up a coded transmission, Chunguku will have to wait, I will have to head to my saviors, return home.

The ships Jump drive begins to spin up, quardants set, four jumps and Im there.........Malta. the Outcasts, hopfully will abide by the code.

the Jump engines roar into action, and the transport races for a nearby jumphole

Reports are coming in of a battle between AOF and REAVERS. AOF was doing a fine job of holding the dreaded REAVERS at bay until and unexpected participant entered the fray, Markus Katar, he blew through the area killing several AOF pilots. It is not known if this signals a shift in the balance of power in the REAVERS, as we have reported in the past MArkus was the one person who brought the REAVERS into the open exposing prominant persons as members of this notoriously violant organization. We will keep you aprised as we learn more
