A Report from Osiris

This is Konrad Wienrich, from the IRNS. I'm ....... and trying to transmit my report to you, but ............. don't know if it'll make through the jamming. Try and ........ and let the people know that ...... Here's what happened so far.

I was in Osiris, on my way to dock at Planet Toledo, trying to set up an interview with ............ but I had to leave. Before I got far ............ they were coming in at once. Some ....... saw them, but they were headed elsewhere. I flew back to ....... and soon the battleship Toledo began ............ broadcasting that they're under ........ requesting aid from any available pilots ........... When I got there, the battle was already ........ with harpoons ........ and ....... Several ....... were boarding the battleship. They were Reavers! Seven squadrons in the system, though not all .......... however, there were too many, and the Toledo comm started .......... so I turned ....... and ran the .... away from there as fast as I ......... I managed to get away, because they were busy ........

........

Some n*o and ...... ships arrived, but the Orion ........... still grouping. The ........ pushed to the planet and fought ...... but suddenly, they flew to attack the ......... base instead. The Order ships were ...... with the Nomads, but the Orion ..... arrived to deal with the Reavers and the Black ........ The .... and some Marauders, as well as civilian ....... joined the battle ........... it was brutal. At first ....... but they kept coming in waves ......... lost three ships for every Reaver ship we killed. If we weren't in ......... with so many reinforcements, then I don't know how ..... survived.

There was a sudden ....... across the entire system, and when everybody ......... back, many ships were gone ...... half the Reavers. Still, after the confusion was ........... kept on coming. Then suddenly, the .......... Quasar claimed the system ........ pouring in ............ twice outnumbered now ........ the 4S ..... and Reavers don't seem to mind each other ........... on the comms that they were full and leaving, but the .... are still  .......... I have to run for it, somebody has to ........

I managed to break away, and am .... at the jumpgate. I'll try transmitting some ...... let them know ........... The Battleship Toledo is still not responding... I've got incoming, it's three .... Reavers! I can't ............ Tell them

To all from the Reavers, Black Legion, 4S Squad, Orion, Marauders and n*o who participated: good fights people! (My screenshots fail to show how many people were there :/ At one time, the server population was 24, and 19 players were in Osiris.) It was entertaining, and we had a pretty sweet kill ratio there :P Oh yeah, and that "unknown event" referenced in the text was a server restart :D A time when the world of the Void blacks out and when it comes back, many people are gone and the others are confused and disoriented.

Also, continuing the discussion on asteroid love, here we have footage of a forbidden relationship between an asteroid and a Greyhound. As you can see, in the end it had tragic consequences for both of them - asteroids are only meant to bump with each other. However, they can't do that at the present. When will that injustice end?

One more thing: nobody bothered to try taking the fight to the BS Toledo and liberating it while we were there, so it's been captured by the Reavers. You want it back? Try and take it >)

The door to the galley was barricaded.  There was barely a sound from inside, but Snaggletooth could smell the flesh and the blood. He stared at it from the ruined bulkhead. In his rage he threw the torn arm of his last meal at the barricaded door. Snag turned to Draugr. "They're not gonna come out. We're gonna have to starve em out or go in and tear them to bits.." he wiped the blood and sweat from his ravaged face.

Draugr sighed. "Watch them.  I feel they may try an alternative escape route. We know they have taken short wave communicators so we are expecting a rescue party to try and come and save them, but for now we have the ship.  I am going to go and attend to the details of our ambush. I will send you some grunts to watch over the potential exits."

Draugr turned, patted Snag on the back and walked down to the Launch Bay.

Snaggletooth unholstered his CalTech .80 cal "Deathdealer", hunkered down and waited for the grunts.
His appetite was returning.....

heck of a fight it was us orions came too get those reavers out there were about 4 of them and than 30 minutes later 3 4S arrived the battle was big but the orions hold on and won  :D

@ mon: Dunno, mate, when I left, there were 8 4S pilots in the system :> And we had 6-7 Reavers in group, though the most that showed up in a wave were 4-6 yeah.
It's hard to lose a battle for clan bases here, though (thankfully), since nobody else can dock on them

There had been no incoming ships, and no rescue party came. All the battles in the system were over, Osiris was quiet - and the Toledo was still in the hands of the Reavers. Not having much to do now, and looking for some entertainment, Draugr walked back to the galley where the ship's former owners had barricaded themselves. He wonder how long ago it was that they holed up in there, and he glanced at the digital watch on his right arm: but it was cracked, and didn't show the time. He cursed under his breath, then tore it out and threw it at the wall. At least it made a satisfying sound when it broke.
He continued on, and finally the smell reached him.
"Gunpowder - and not the 666 kind. Blood and meat... [CENSORED], I'm late."

The door was slammed down, and bodies were lying everywhere. What was left of them, anyway. Some other Reavers were still eating, but it looked like Draugr had to get a meal from elsewhere. (Luckily, there was still plenty of Order meat left over from the battle.) He looked around, and noticed Snaggletooth sitting contentedly on a pile of corpses, his gun laid down beside him. The barrel was still smoking a bit. "That thing must overheat really quickly then." He didn't like blasters, but a weapon that fires metal slugs two centis wide? "[CENSORED] yeah, I want one too."
He called out to him.

"Hey Snag, got a bit impatient back there?"
The other Reaver laughed, and replied. "Yeah, I got hungry, and decided that letting the meat starve was a bad idea."
They both grinned at that. "If you're done then, c'mon, we're heading out. Last one to space is gonna get the leftovers only next time!"
"Like you did just now?"
Draugr laughed at that, but instead of replying, he just started down the corridor towards the launch bay. After all, there was always more prey to be had.

Please keep it on , and it's a shame that ESF wasn't there at that time to support it's loyal close order allies .. but maybe next time , if you decided to repeat that fun again
