unable to choose server from list

Went to download from filefont and i see its been added on the 15/10/10 so that was 2 days ago. lol guess i was using the out of date one

@asmo i redownloaded no changes. i also cannot start freelancer without the disk.


@everyone else dont post here unless you have a solution to my problem it is dishearting to see that other people are getting there problems solved from my post and i am not getting anywhere.

are you on vista or win7?

anyway, there is one method that has to work:
1. create a backup of your freelancer directory.
2. remove the .flmod extension from the mod making it .zip
3. extract the archive to your freelancer directory replacing existing files.

i am currently using vista, and i am running as the administrator


im not sure how to create a back up of my fl directory.
i also dont have access to the mod through my program files even with it downloaded(mind you i always get the same error message while downloading) and activated.

Okay, here's another option that might be relevant.

Do you have FLMM open BEFORE you try to open the mod to install it?  If not, it is likely it will not be running as administrator when installing (rather than activating).  So, open FLMM as administrator and then open the mod file, this should trigger the process.  The reason I highlight this is the message you are getting regarding "access denied".

Please let me know if this helps or not.

Oh, if you have the mod already installed into FLMM, delete it first from FLMM then do the above.

@alphawolf i have uninstalled the mod had modmanager open before installing i have received the same error message during download no changes.

Ok, I realize these are older issues with many solutions, and much good advice (some of which I have implemented).

I have the newest version of the mod (downloaded from 'files' section of the forum five days ago, yet I cannot connect to the server.  I see it on the global list, yet it is grayed out. It's getting a bit frustrating, as I haven't played since mid-summer, and want to again.

I have a same problem . Cant select Void in server list . I dont use mod manager i copy files from archive of mod and past is to game directory . When launch FL i cant select it . But i see taht Vagu is online . Can help me ?

Here is the Mod with the Patch already applied.

unpact it then copy the Void2115v9 folder to your Mods folder
of the mod manager. Open mod manager and Activate it.

and if you don't use the mod manager copy the contents of the
Void2115v9 folder to your freelancer folder.
