I think nowadays you can't find a mod without workaround included in it.

Guess it's time to get back out there to see what all is happening! It's great to hear that the void is back up and running, and seeing quite a few returns, it's looking like a good step forward

Hey Zyos, how's things mate?

Has anyone any idea how i may be able to see/connect to the server? I have added the ip tag to the exe. target but it is still not appearing for me, in LAN or Internet. I've tried the direct connect and still nothing. Is there another method available to connect?

Did you copy a short cut from the freelancer.exe, after you ran the mod. because void mod will over wright that file with a no cd and workaround.

Uhm nope, didn't realise it had created a shortcut. Where can I locate it at? Do you have the folder dic?

After you have run the mod in mod-manager.

Go - Program Files or Program files(x86) if its windows 7 /Microsoft Games/Freelancer/EXE/ find Freelancer.exe. Make a copy of that and put it on your desk top. Put the ip in that one and use that to connect.

Didn't we sort this out earlier? Global server is installed with the mod so why are people not seeing it? I see it every time.

The void just takes a while to show on the list (about 10-15 seconds).

Ye forgot to mention can sometimes take a wile to show up..

Been waiting at least 5 minutes each time, no servers at all are showing up for me... I've no idea what's going on as I've tried so many different ways to connect and make the GSW appear :S

Fresh re-install Freelancer, then install mod manager and apply the latest mod. If not then I can use teamviewer if you wish to remote control and help you get up and running?
