This has been suggested and tried many times,many people from Mav to =DTA=Venom have put this forward.

I don't know why every time it fails,no offense,but i think u should ask questions like-
Why did this fail in other times?

What factors caused it to fail before?

That is to how can one make this a success this time,you know learn from past mistakes.

Tbh,i don't know the answer to that question on why this idea fails or doesn't work out but i think people like Mav might give u a better insight on how to make this work from their past experience.

The idea is well laid out but as i said the idea doesn't have any problems in it,you have given all the details and some have shown interest BUT in theory it works but why does it not work in practice?

As a suggestion i would say try to improve communication.

Many at times people say they will be teachers but they disappear,you can't make this successful without teachers.You can always get students like me.

Agree with the tag-[PvP]

Pls make a list of 'teachers',get their msn ids or something like that so that u can get in touch,the reason being is different timezones.

Also don't use forums if you want to "advertise",only a few Voidians regularly check forums,just ask the 'teachers' to announce this in-game,that might get you more attention and more people.

You should go ahead and think of "standardizing" the education system-Make a syllabus of what u are going to teach(it will have variations as different teachers will teach different thing differently but most of it should be common) and set up a time frame for course completion.

However i don't know whether a "grading system" can work here,but the skills learned should be tested.

Excuse me but why the heck should shonen teach anyone?
All most of you do is acuse him of cheating....pfftt

Anyway the reason it fails and fails and fails is its extremly difficult to teach pvp in game, after all if you cant see the teachers screen, its just a series of pvps which can be had at any time by anyone.
The only time Ive ever been succesful was to take one man at a time and work on him for months. And why exactly do people need yet another new tag....

There is only one way to learn to fight, and thats to fight and not just in 1 v 1 its very very rare you will fight one at a time u need to mix it up in big battles against EQUAL size forces, gangbangs dont teach anyone squat except for the man being ganked, he will always learn far far more.

If you wanna learn to pvp theres only one tag you need and it isnt [TEACHER] or [PVP] or any other soppy tag all you need is an [R]

Failure Reasons: why? because some circumstances as Mixing some Personal hates in the Game can turn any success to a failure - but look here , there is good ones now , good players everywhere , so why dont be begin to be optimistic atleast so we can give good impressions to those who wants to LEARN.

If those who wants to learn read here , and find that pisimistic posts from certain ppl , then they will not even cost themselves time to post a reply to that topic .... but if it's all taken Serious and everybody spend his best to make this PVP school go on top , then i think VOID WILL HAVE SOMTHING MORE UNIQUE THAN OTHER SERVERS as always , Void is a no.1 Freelancer RPG Server in my view.

@ Retribution - Bud , chill please , i know it's annoying to call someone a Cheater - and i know you are Angry cause of Shonen - you know what ? im angry too at those who call him a Cheater , Cause HE IS NOT A CHEATER , so what about if we use this by another good means...

lets say that shonen is one of the best pvpers using Sniper laser on void
why then cant he be the best teacher on VOID PVP SCHOOL ?
why can't we and him and you .. ignore all the others who used to call "CHEATERS" etc... and get a good use from such a Great Skilled player...

PS: you know , i love to PVP shonen - i feel very good when i kill him - although it's very super hard to kill shonen - not because he cheats .... but because he use Amazing Maneuverability + perfect aim.
in my view - Syndicate Molten have the same Skills but less quality - he also have perfect aim but not very good manuverability like shonen - ( no offence molty , just a view my friend )

@ Geromix - i agree with your posts 100 % , but what about if we put all the Failing Factors ASIDE , and Decide to make this School a Success idea .... i believe that there will be NO REASONS to stop all of us....
let's Co operate - and make Void more Unique - by Supporting All good ideas and making all our Diffrences away from the good ideas , beacuse in the end , Diffrences will cause both ideas and ppl go bad way.

What about if the Void Forum makes a Category for the PVP School of the Void , or Lets name it the " VOID PVP ACADEMY " . Which will have it's teachers and students ?
i will be the first to add a link for it on ESF website and work hardly to find some students and good teachers for it.

Benifits : - Void will enhance and it's fighters will go better skills SO the result will be that most of players will not be noobs and fights will become harder and more Fun.

are to completly different things.

It is nigh on impossible to teach pvp in this game with the format you keep trying to use.

Yes your right......

I know nothing of pvp or of running clans or of teaching some of the best pvpers in the world.
In fact I dont even know why im posting I suck so much.

I hope i run into you in game so you can teach me a few things.

And wanna know why my name aint up here? cause I dont consider myself good enough, thats inspite of coming second in EVERY tourney ive been in.
Think about it.
Theres only 6 people on void that qualify for teaching, and none of them have posted here to teach, doesnt that tell u this is flawed?.

PS @ Xenon o7 m8 - only those with skill can tell a cheat from a superb player.
