Works fine for me on my crakced version with Windows 7 OS

...before i downloaded this patch,when was docking to navy base in tartarus system was kicked to desktop and FL shuted off....

after i downloaded it and put it to FL/EXE,when was goin to tartarus again (cos was at demo again after 1st crash),got kicked again but this time while was in jump hole from tohoku to tart... :-w

also this happend after downloading the last patch.....



there are no boxes anymore,only lines.....is there a way to get that in normal again?

the bars instead of boxes is due to the batch you can disable it
but the bars are better because they give us a more accurate display of hull/sheild/power

sorry for getting this post up again but i just downloaded the patch had trouble with first as it said got same erour as stony and was little bit ticked but when i downloaded 2nd it worked and i noticed mavor increase too prices XD and the lines are SWEET nice work rimshot

I downloaded the patch correctly, it is currently sitting in the Freelancer EXE folder, I ran it from there, however when I ran it it came up with the following screen:

Freelancer Patch by r1m1n4j4

Apply the patch now?

Create backups of all changed files? Yes

Opening file: Freelancer.exe Error

Why do I receive this error?

Opening file: Freelancer.exe Error means it cant open the file, make sure its in the same folder or use the file posted by vector-x.
this will be handled differently and included in the next mod release.

I didn't read all the thread, sorry.

But is this patch required?with knowing that i don't need cap ships as i have allready one, and that if this patch adds ships or modifiy guns infos or something like that.

this patch is completly optional,it is not mandatory to have

the main difrence is graphical and it makes it possible to buy the flyable Battleships,without it you can not buy a Battleship.
