ANOTHER AS THE BOSS SAYS THE SERVERWILL CLOSE IF THE SITE IS USED AS A COMPLIAINTS FORUM IF U AND YOUR CLANS WANT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT EACHOTHER THEN MOST OF THE CLANS HEE HAVE YOUR OWN SITES WHY NOT GO STRAIGHT TO THE SOURCE AND COMPLAIN ON THERE CLANS FORUMS, OR EVEN BETTER JUST WORK IT OUT INGAME AND NOT FLOOD THE FORUM WITH CHILDISH BIKERING ABOUT STUPID STUFF LIKE HE KILLED ME/HIM/THEM FOR NO REASON, THERE MUST HAVE BEEN A REASON FOR SOME1 KILLING YOU IN GAME, THE DIPLOMACY OF CLANS SHOULD BE MADE CLEAR ON THE VOID FORUM.

ALSO FREELANCERS ARENT SUBJECT TO NOT KILLING ANY1 SOME ARE NAVY AN WILL KILL PIRATE CLANS ASWEL AS CLANS THAT THEY DONT LIKE ITS NOT A BREACH OF RP IF YOU KILL PIRATES ASKIN FOR TAX

i must apologize too if my words been miss-understood , all my aim was to decrease the useless posts on forum , and of course , boss strail's work is very appreciated , and i am personally appausing all the credits i can for boss Strail  time , effort and work spent here on this amazing freelancer server.

@ Xenon - I do hope that you dont mean that you thought this was a useless post?  I am guessing not but your words were quite blunt and did not leave a great deal of room for misunderstanding - please be more careful and thoughtful before responding .  Your apology is accepted.  Thanks.

@ Dyn - like above and thanks for your comments.  The VOID Guardians would like you to just come here and chill out, play the game and shoot the living doodads out of each other and like RUGGS says dont come crying on the Forums all the time.  Go dump it at the source or take it elsewhere.  (thats for everyone not just Dyn)

@ Gr8 Lizard - same as above mate - just keep playing the way you do.

There will be information from the VOID Guardians at some point - READ IT CAREFULLY.  It will be in the form of a "MISSION STATEMENT".  Just READ it and take the information on board - it will not be open for discussion.

It's gratifying to see so many heart-rending self-examinations. It truly is. An open and honest look at oneself in as unbiased a way as humanly possible can only make a person better.

Yes there is a lot of bickering amongst players about who did what, and who said what, and who doesn't like who for whateverthehell reason. And it's only destructive to the community. And worse, tho few seem to realize it, it's only harmful to the person who is doing it. And it needs to stop. Of course. And human nature usually has has us looking at each other to remedy the problem for us so we don't have to change. So it really is healthy for each and all of us the direction this thread is going.

But I am afraid a lot of it is missing the point.

Strail sees the above and it certainly makes him unhappy. If you set up a wonderful party and all the guests just picked at each other and bickered and you were sure fight would break out, of course you would feel like whothehell needs friends like this and want to toss them all out the nearest window.

But how would you feel if you threw a party and all you heard from everyone is... the food is too cold, the food is too hot, the food is too salty, the food is too bland, this isn't my brand of beer, and where's the caviar... what no caviar? and on and on and on...

Not only would you want to toss the ungrateful out the nearest window, but you'd begin to really dislike these people who are so ungrateful and can only complain about everything you did for them.

That's the point. Go back and re-read what the boss wrote.

Zeb's got a good point, the BS has to stop. We have lost so many good players and good people and yes really good server staff because they have just gotten fed up with the BS. And that surely is irritating for Strail to see, that all his friends can't get along. It makes the Void an unhappy place that neither he nor anyone else really enjoys. But the weight that will break him and the Void is the moaning... not about each other but about the work that has gone into the place, that that it's too cold, it's too hot, it's too salty, it's too bland, it';s not your brand and where the hell is the caviar.

Pull your heads out and look around. Everyone says this is the best server and no one really wants to leave, those who do come back so often that it only proves the point. But if the Void is what everyone says it is, that everyone tells him great work and we really appreciate it, then why does he get so many complaints? It's not that the Void isn't great, it's that the players are ungrateful and have been taking it all for granted.

Bend over, grab yourself by the ears and pull till you hear the pop. Then have a look and a listen and see what we have here. And for crying out loud stop asking for the caviar.

Not seen this before but its impressed me.

My server was taken down recently (Jolt.co.uk) and even though i didn't play there. It hurt, I can vow right here that i don't cheat. But i can't say i haven't added to some of the bad things said on the forums. Im sorry to everyone for what i have said.
