hey constantine, what you say sounds good acctualy,( im not a pirate by the way ) the new rules could add a kind of edge to it, hey maybe if you ask for loot n are refused you could almost kill em then ask again if they still unwilling finnish em off?

roleplay is imoprtant
till now only PEST asked for a tax and we fought, I die (well i did know that i will die but in fights you can always learn something new )and i pay, other pirates most of the time did not asked it or some of them did but they died. all this story is if you lose you pay (not 2 mil or even 1 mil) if you win well pirate must pay at least for your ammo
