but want u alive, kicking and as a member of AoF.AoF-Alliance of Freelancers is NOT a clan but an association of freelancers and traders. We Fight! We Trade!!
We do all kinds of sort from dealing with pirates to trading to hard-core fighting. This is the shortest definition of AoF activities-Do what u want to do. As simple as that.
I would give u the reasons about what so special about AoF and what made me fly in its colours.
(1) FREEDOM-Yes Freedom!! AoF stands for freedom,the freedom of the Freelancer.
There are two important characteristics of AoF that sets it apart from other clans and is the reason why AoF is not a clan but only clan-like. They are-
(a)Diplomacy-AoF has two kinds of diplomacies. One diplomacy is the common diplomacy, which is for the entire organization of AoF.The other is the diplomacy of the individual member of AoF.A member of AoF can exclude from the common diplomacy and like a Freelancer have his own diplomacy. Also the common diplomacy tends to be neutral.
(b)Role-Play-AoF doesn’t have an RP of its own but it is the members who have the freedom to have their own RP.This gives more freedom. And no, this doesn’t mean purposelessness and lack of direction because we always have enough enemies and hostilities to target leading to no loss of any fighting element. There are enough reasons to bond together-from making money to protecting association’s assets to work towards common welfare.
Therefore AoF gives u the chance to be in a “clan” without having those burdensome and binding rules one usually associates with clans.
(2) Legacy and Past History-AoF is not your “two-month old clan” but an association that is more than two years old in Void. It had people like 911,WatchWolf and Zebulon flying under its wings and the fundamentals of AoF are really strong.
(3) Uniqueness-There is only one AoF in Void and there is only one AoF-like “clan” in Void that is-AoF.
