anyone know what the blue box is from or how i get rid of it?

It's there because your sig has been automatically resized to the maximum allowed length, (520 pixels) just resize the sig yourself to anything of that size or below, and the blue outline'll stop appearing.
Nice sig, by the way. Shame the lower text is a tad unclear in places.

It's a very good looking Signature especially for your first one
As for the lower left part of it i must say that i like it very much - "Dead" + "Reavers" sounds very good to me! =D> =D>
If it was after me you can keep it as it is.

heh yea 1st one was accidently deleted from imageshack 
only difference was the name was in left corner and Air was hard to read.
