As soon as you're out of New York and over level 20 you are open season to anyone bud. Especially to the evil clans like <666>, Black Legion, DKH, Reavers and so on. It's clearly displayed in the green welcome message you see when you log on to the server. When you die, you will lose the unmounted cargo you are carrying. It's called loot and is 'lootable' for anyone.
All you need to know is also in the server rules. Maybe you should read them some time.

that's how the RP goes here , we are a balanced server between RP and PVP , so you might find some RP here , and on the other Side of then universe , you might find a big fight (PVP) between some clans.

You were in combat with him. In combat there is a risk, that you get killed. If someone kills you, you lose your loot/cargo. So don't complain that someone takes the loot. Learn to avoid combat, eg. pay the tax to the [X], if you have unmounted weapons or cargo of high value.

Respawn and have fun hunting the pirate.

Well all the above individuals have clearly explained-
Its dangerous out there with so many evil and pirate clans.They will loot u etc.So be careful.

Once I bought an armor upgrade 3 times (and it was 4 000 000), and those dudes did not even say Thanks...  :D
Variable changes to the environment...best thing about this game!
