Freelancer - The Void

Just a friendly little reminder. KILLING UNDER LEVEL IS AGAISNT THE RULES. thats 3 times now in the 3 days i been back and when i switch chars i get the sorry i didnt know it was you! eh does it matter if it was me or not thats under level?

1. getting rammed into manhatten = not fun.

2. getting rammed till it says i invaded personal space = not fun.

3. getting shot for trying to say hi = not fun

4. A void or admin being present on every one of these and done nothing till i said to them = not fun.

6 months i been away and my playing experience on return has = not fun.

i can see why gems left now as void has become not fun.

In addition to this also if your planning to run someone off this server as in a clan try and not tell one of the clan that i should join in in running my own clan off this server but cheers for the info matey

These things should not be happening to new players wth is the matter with you all. If I witness any of this, perpetrators will be dealt with, and the staff that let this slide should be ashamed of themselves.

Once again, wth is the matter with you people, at a time when player numbers are dwindaling, and we the staff and the Dev team etc. are putting all our spare time trying to improve the community, the gameplay and the mod, you want to try and run an entire clan off the server. It seams some players will only be content when the server is their private playground for them and their mates. Which will never happen, cus the big red buttton will be pressed before then.

There are so many things I could say right now, but whats the point? Everyone makes lots of noise about how they are in full agreement, and how they will support new initiatives, and then carry on regardless.

Killing players under rank 20 is against the rules, and should be punished. If you have complaints against players for breaking that rule, or server staff for not enforcing it, use PMs for that please. It's as simple as this. We could do without propaganda and baiting, from any sides.

Say, isn't the 1 hour protection for new characters still in effect though? (Not sure, I didn't test it.)
Besides, you're in a clan, you have money in the bank, use it to get a better ship and fight back :P

Using clan funds to set up my FL chars is a no no

as for baiting i wasnt doing nowt like that so i suggest before you start spoutiong off at me for setting up after 6 months vacation as i lost all my chars and am restarting from scratch on my FL chars that im baiting so is every new un set up char a bait. get your head out your sand pit and look at the facts i was rammed into manhatten not 2 mins from creating my char.

secondly the one that was shot i just said "ladies nad gentlemen elis has arrive uh huh" and i get shot that char was 5 mins old.

and after i approached the server staff about this as they were present i got replies like i iwas afk and blah blah yet the chat shows that he wasnt. so i suggest that if you want player rearriving or new or not going to leave you get your heads together and get rid of the rotten apples that are spoiling the whole bunch.

and why havent the guys after the server staff booted them not shown on the players banned list hmmmmmm?

really then why was i  being recruited against my clan until i switched and told them if they want to run us off the server then just be open about it and i will quite happily leave if the server staff support this.

that was ironically, sure it was NO RP but some ppl on this server means RP is running ppl out off server

lol m8 impossible RP make people run out of the server, there is no RP on void to do that  ;)

Rp lol there is 2 clan on the server currently who try to do such thing.

Running a clan or an individual off a server, or even attempting to do so is not RP at all, it's vindictive, ignorant and selfish.

I must say though that thus far my returning experience has been great.  Nobody bothered me while I was setting up new chars so far.  Nobody bothered my low level chars when I was flying about.

In fact, the whole reason I left many years ago was due to the horrible attitude players had back then towards other players.  Over the last 3 days I have found that the attitude of players here is great compared to when I was here when it was Void 2112.  When I left, people would F1 into a structure and kill other players nearby, people would completely belittle other players and it wasn't RP, it was sheer personal hostility.  Noting that I've only been back three days of course and the population quite down from when I was last here, maybe these problems still exist, but so far I have not encountered such bad attitudes as before.  I hope I never encounter them again, or if I do that it's a rare occurrence and by only a few people.

For some its important to complain about things that they know how to steer clear of. New players dont have this experience, but for you returning to the Void, your getting all these things happening to you? Like you wouldnt know how to deal with it?

Seems that maybe you complain too much and play to little... Stop complaining and play the game.
