the times will be either
9pm GMT
or
8 PM GMT

ok and about the rouges and pirates which will delay the racers, they have been notified,
in fact they have been hired to do so, and will recive a personal instruct from me about an hour b4 the race, all who still wish to be a "pirate" on the race plz pm me asap.
