I was just having one of those nostalgic moments and I was just wondering whats goin on with the server these days.

I see nothing else has ever come close to offering the type of gameplay Freelancer does so well, so the void is just one of those places we'll keep ...

Lol those Daleks in that sig look like members of the european parliament!  ;)

I've also heard good things about tiscali, and they do good phone deals too..

Toss up between BT and Tiscali at the moment.. I know someone who had a bad experience with orange broadband..

Someone just opened a pie factory there...

Cheers chaps.. will have a look in to some of those.

DarkPand0r, what was your experience with BT? Most people seem to be happy with it, but i'd like to know any negatives that there might be.

OK, I'm currently connecting through AOL, and experiencing lots of packet loss, bad DNS resolution and general sluggishness.
My router & PC is configured correctly, and research tells me its just AOL being rubbish..

If there are any other UK gamers out there that are happy with thier ISP ...

Another way i know i've been playing Freelancer too much is when i can imagine "Tax 100K Plz" written on my wage slip.... lol
