I agree that all RP players need to have their licence. As I sayed many times (probably) we are new here (Fither) and when I go in space I don`t know who will attack me just by reading their tag. So I wait to see and in 90% first attack is ...

This is Clan diplomacy list not player friend/enemy list.
Fither KOS list is shown on Fither forum and it is relevant to Fither members.
Player that is on KOS list has done something really bad.
You and anyone else can be deleted from that list if you get better in relations with Fither ...
