Erm, as you might have read elsewhere, this server has no option to really claim a system. The best next thing is to request the Admins (or Strail in this case) to put your clan base on a specific location in a specific system, - as you did - and defend it as it were your home system. It can very well be the case that there are multiple clans located in one and the same system.
That's just the way things are. Best thing you can do is to PM Strail with the desired clan base location. Rather then putting it in here.
