Shivering Isles?  Official expansion, so it came on a disk, but you can DL it from bethesda I think.  It is good too, takes place in Sheogorath's realm and crazy people are fun.

We are going to toss the currently well balanced ships guns and progress and alienate people who worked hard on the mod in the hopes that alex gates and nomad lasers that are faster will bring people back.
