If you get to have a big GODLIKE title across the screen why shouldn't you have the exact opposite.

In my opinion, yeah they are balanced. In fact, they're one of the easiest guns to kill a player with.

I don't mind fighting snipers, once you get a fighting style that works, just stick to it as snipers are easy if you're fast enough to get in their blind spot.
