subject: The denuncation against clan member ULTRA

[align=justify]According to received presentation of evidence, including the eyewitness accounts, and according to received denuncation sent by BabaRoga and Doncha, The Court of 4S_SQUAD and presiding judge Tosha announce the following verdict no.1:[/align]

[align=center]Accused ULTRA has to pay/transfer 30.000.000. credits [thrity million credits] to Bank of 4S_SQUAD not later then seven days form day when this verdict was announced. Also, the accused is not allowed to be promoted to next higher rank, rank of Commodore, although he achieved necessary facilities.

[align=center]The Explanation[/align]

[align=justify]The Court has concluded and found out, according to presentation of evidence, that accused has been criticizeing clan war operation in system chat channell [The Court has considered that the mentioned occasion could be an unwilling action by the accused] and that accused has left the war operation without giving any explanation to officer in charge, also, he has left clan pilots in the lurch.

The Court has concluded that these kind of punishments will influence to accused as a preventive measure. All extenuating circumstances have been considered.

predmet: Prekrsajna prijava protiv ULTRE

[align=justify]Na osnovu dostavljenih dokaza i iskaza svedoka koji su prisustvovali dogadjaju 4S vs Sirius, a na podnesenu prekršajnu prijavu od strane BabaRoga i Doncha Sud 4S_SQUAD kojim presedava Tosha donosi sledecu odluku:[/align]

[align=center]Da se optuzeni ULTRA kazni sa 30.000.000,00 kredita (trideset miliona) koju će optuženi uplatiti Banci po stupanju ove odluke na snagu, a najkasnije u roku od 7 dana (sedam dana) i oduzimanje prvog sledeceg čina koji treba da dobije.

[align=center]Obrazlozenje:[/align]

[align=justify]Naime posto je Sud utvrdio da je optuženi kritikovao celu akciju u system chatu,a što Sud smatra da se moglo desiti i nehatom, i da je optuženi demonstrativno bez valjanog razloga napustio celu akciju ostavivši svoje drugove u teškoj situaciji po njih, Sud smatra da će novčana kazna i kazna oduzimanja čina preventivno delovati na okrivljenog ULTRA. Pri izricanju presude u obzir su uzete sve
olakšavajuće i otežavajuće okolnosti koje je optuženi imao.

subject:  The denuncation against clan member SHA


[align=justify]According to received denuncation from 4S_SQUAD members against 4S-SQUAD member SHA and SHA's post announced on 666 clan forum, The Court of 4S_SQUAD announces The Verdict No.2:

Accused 4S_SQUAD member SHA is punished by excluding from 4S_SQUAD membership and The Court orders to Consilium and Parliament of 4S-SQUAD to incorporate corresponding activities.[/align]


[align=center]The Explaination[/align]

[align=justify]4S_SQUAD member SHA announced post which contained heavy insults against 666 member AMROD. Posting that kind of post he broke The Rules of the server, Clan Rule Book and tried to harm reputation of the clan whom he belongs. The violation he made is absolutely not acceptable.

The member SHA doesn't deserve to be a part of 4S-SQUAD because his acts were against the common good of Void community and 4S_SQUAD.[/align]

predmet: Prekrsajna prijava protiv klanskog clana SHA


[align=justify]Na osnovu post-a objavljenom na Void-ovom forumu, a na podnesenu prekrsajnu prijavu od strane clanstva klana 4S SQUAD, Sud 4S SQUAD kojim presedava Tosha donosi sledecu odluku:

Da se optuženi 4S SQUAD SHA kazni kaznom iskljucenja iz klana 4S SQUAD i nalaze Konzijilumu i Skupstini da pokrenu proceduru za iskljucenje iz klana.[/align]

[align=justify]Naime posto je 4S SQUAD SHA objavio post mnogo uvredljive sadrzine na forumu suparnickog klana (<666> ) i tim postupkom izvredjao clana istog klana (<666> Amroda), a samim tim tesko prekrsio pravila lepog i civilizovanog ponasanja, pravila servera i pravila klana kome pripada sud je doneo odluku da se 4S SQUAD SHA iskljuci iz klana jer takav clan ne doprinosi opsem ugledu i napretku klanu kojem pripada.[/align]

[align=justify]According to lodged complaiment by player Zaphod from Void server against 4S_SQUAD pilot LiliPutanac, The Court of 4S_SQUAD and presiding judge Tosha announce the following verdict no.3:

The Court has acquitted LiliPutanac from all indictments/ complaiments but The Court warns LiliPutanac to take care about his behaviour and to avoid dishonorable, shameful acts as much as each honorable pilot of 4S_SQUAD should do.

[align=justify]The Court has recieved the Complaiment by Zaphod, Void player, where he had been describeing unfriendly behaviour of LiliPutanac [whole Complaiment is announced and attached with this verdict]. Because of missing presentation of evidence, sources of evidence and eyewitness accounts, The Court has been decided to acquit LiliPutanac and warn him to take care about behaviour and sportmanship too as a preventive measure.[/align]

Predmet: preršajna prijava protiv Liliputanca


Na osnovu PM dostavljenog od igrača sa Void-ovom servera sa nick name Zaphod, a i na njegovu podnesenu prekršajnu prijavu Sud 4S_SQUAD kojim presedava Tosha donosi sledeću odluku:

Da se optuženi Liliputanca oslobodi svih optužbi i opominje ga da povede računa o svom ponašanju i da se nekoristi metodama koje jedan častan pilot ovog klana nikad ne bi koristio.

Naime zbog nedostatka dokaza (nepostojanje SS i svedoka) Sud je morao da donese oslobađajuću presudu ali i da opomene optuženog da u buduće ne radi takve stvari.

[align=justify]The accused Stojke has been announced a thread at Void forum trying to defend clan friends and clan interests even asking for some player ban. As he had no permission or clan authority to post such request or thread, he has violated the Clan Rule Book and inner clan protocol. Predmet: preršajna prijava protiv Stojketa

Na osnovu postova objavljenih na Void-ovom forumu a na podnesenu prekršajnu prijavu od strane Suda klana Sud 4S_SQUAD kojim presedava Tosha donosi sledecu odluku:

[align=center]Da se optuženi Stojke kazni novcanom kaznom od 2.000.000,00 (dva miliona) kredita zbog kršenja procedure i protokola klana.[/align]

[align=center]Obrazlozenje:[/align]

Naime u nameri da zaštiti svog klanskog saborca Stojke je objavio post u ime klana u kojem je tražio da se igrac banuje zašta nije imao nikakva ovlašćenja od strane klana i time je narušio unutrašnju strukturu komandovanja i uređenja klana 4S SQUAD. Pošto je okrivljeni Stojke priznao krivicu i pokajao se za svoje delo, Sud je to uzeo kao olakšavajuću okolnost.

[align=justify]According to received presentation of evidence, including the eyewitness accounts, and according to received denuncation sent by The Court of 4S_SQUAD, The Court and presiding judge Tosha announce the following verdict no.5:[/align]

[align=center]The accused Laki has to pay 10.000.000 credits [ten million credits] to Bank of 4S_SQUAD and to announce public apology at Void forum.[/align]

[align=justify]The accused Laki has succumbed to heavy provocations, sent by 666 clan members, and started to swear and insult players, who have been provokeing him, in system channell. The accused has admitted the guilt and retended, so The Court has considered that occassion as an extenuating circumstance. The Court warns the accused to take care about his behaviour, to ignore all provocations in future and to wear clan tags with honor and dignity.

Predmet: preršajna prijava protiv Lakija

Na osnovu postova objavljenih na Void-ovom forumu a na podnesenu prekršajnu prijavu od strane Suda klana, Sud 4S_SQUAD kojim presedava Tosha donosi sledeću odluku:

[align=center]Da se optuženi Laki kazni novčanom kaznom od 10.000.000,00 (deset miliona) kredita zbog javnog vređana drugih igraca sa servera i nalaže da se javno izvini.[/align]

[align=center]Obrazloženje:[/align]

Naime, u žaru borbe okrivljeni je podlegao teskim provokacijama od strane clanova 666 klana i javno tj.u system chat-u psovao i vredjao druge igrace drugih klanova.Posto je okrivljeni priznao krivicu i pokajao se Sud mu je to uzeo kao olakšavajuću okolnost i opominje ga da na provokacije ne odgovara tako nego da se časno ponese i uzdigne iznad svega jer ako su drugi prosti i nevaspitani to nemoraju da budu i piloti klana 4S SQUAD-a.
