Our representative would like to present his credentials at the next Embassy Banquet in the hope that good relations and trading can be established.  We would wish to present ourselves as neutral on this occasion, taking no sides in any quarrel that you may have with others.  This, however does not prevent the old adage, "The Enemy of my Enemy is my Friend" ringing true.  Should you be in conflict with any of our present associates I am certain that an amount of diplomatic flexibility can be excersised until we can define exactly where our mutual goals lie.  We look forward to a prosperous and fruitful round of negotiations, enhancing the wealth and prestige of both organisations to the benefit of all that live in the Sirius Systems.

m8, i didnt gave you an answer  -because I cant.
All our members must vote ( we are all equal ) so probably it will take another day or two for a decision.
Altough I think that no one in Rhapsody would object to such alliance, I still cannot decide in the name of others.

We dont understand how you come to such conclusion - Rhapsody begun its life as rogue clan - long before the [R] tag rule change.
We adapted and reconsidered our RP and made some friends, but to say that we are not of "roguish" nature would be a lie.

-Regarding our War With ur Allies "Syndicate" - We Will not Engage Any RH-MEMBER in space by Purpose .. But Engagment can be done if RH-Ships found helping Our Enemies in battle.

We dont make false or "political" alliances - just the ones we intend to keep.
Whats the point of alliance if we don't honour it?
Lol, we like Syndicate, and if they want our help - they will ask for it, and we will come, period.
As we understand ESF has 7 clans listed as alies...   almost all of them are hostile to us.
Syndicate on the other hand has 5 (yeah there are 6 clans listed but both [-=/|\=-] and -Rh/|\psody- are our tags).
None of them are hostile to us, even more - we consider 666 clan and [Triad] as our friends and allies.

3-Aiding any Evil Clan on Raiding Nomad1 May Result in Adding RH to Hostility..

OK, we dont raid systems - we just do our "Quest for Earth" routine instead, which is the same really.
And Nomad1 has been thoroughly searched several times.

You all now the routine by now, we enter the sys ask for the way to Earth and kill:

1. All that say that Earth doesnt exist on Void - they are infidels and so they must die.
2. All that give us any kind of coordinates- because, de facto, there is no planet Earth on Void server
(and, please gods of Void, dont let it be one in upcoming mod) - that means that they lied to us,
so all of them must be punished and die for their sins.
3. All that mock our RP  and call us noobs while staying safely docked,
failing to grasp the paradox of their situation - hiding from bunch of noobs and throwing insults from far away ....

Number 3. is the point of dispute between Rhapsody and ESF
( 'm not talking about you Xenon - you duke it out and we respect that, but most of your members dont )
