Maj - thanks for the support mate. To be honest there is much that goes on in the background that is not always mentioned in open forums. I am aware that much of what is said here is not ignored. I also believe (and A-Team can correct me if I'm wrong) that they tend not to post too much as they dont want to be accused of "interfering" in the discussion process and will only do so if things get out of hand. I am certain that this thread is being read as and when they can get to it. I firmly believe that if any of the A-Team feel that they have anything to add to what we are discussing they will do so. Until then they will allow us to keep brainstorming...!

So, no I don't think we are being ignored.  :D They are like the Gods in Asgard - they watch, they listen and they intervene when they feel like it...... ;) They just dont say much - unlike me and the Wolf.... :-?  :D

Good stuff here, y'all.

Maj, I agree with you to some extent. It'd be nice to see what the authority thinks about any of these ideas. Otherwise we're just chatting and not really problem-solving. We could toss out the idea most people like, or work out a compromise acceptable to all only to discover the administration doesn't like it or won't implement it. Nothing would cloud this sense of "let's work together" with an air of futility more. That would take all the air out of the tires and make players give up with the feeling what they think really doesn't matter.  It might be nice to get a feel which idea(s) might be worth putting more effort into.

Also I think a lot of people carry the same misconception you wrote here, m8. [VOID]s don't really carry much in the way of authority, We don't make any decisions or policy or whatnot. We carry the responsibility to be an extension of the eyes and ears of the administration, and to a lesser extent be an intermediary for the players. To that end we are at least advocates for the players as anything else. That's in my opinion anyway. I was and remain a player first and [VOID] second.
