ok, so heres the deal..

i get told by a certain admin (not Strail or Fracture) that i cant shoot anyone ...
"if i shoot 1 more person without asking pvp that i get banned" exact words!

most who fly when i fly , know me and know that im a TRUE FREELANCER , I help where needed , Ill kill ESF to help out Eclipse , then kill Eclipse next time I see them or kill ESF for that matter , Ill help Orions kill TRIAD then turn my gunsonto ORIONS cause TRIADS need a few more guns....whatever the case Im always fighting someone !

R's dont have this option , they ARE KOS to ALL....Freelancers are NOT R's!

So i come back to VOID under a few different names and guess what happens to me ???

My FREELANCER and TRADER characters get killed by CLAN/TAG players!

It seems CLAN/TAG players can shoot a FREELANCER but when a FREELANCER shoots CLAN/TAG players SOME admins think its wrong!!! hmmmm  :-?

So let me get the players/admins thoughts on this...

Should a CLAN/TAG player shoot FREELANCER's ?

Can FREELANCER's shoot CLAN/TAG players ?

Should there be a FREELANCER tag ?

And to be able to choose who we fight without ANY type of WARNING or THREATS from admins , as long as we are not shooting under lvl. 20 players !?!

So can I ask ADMINS to think and discuss a FREELANCER tag ?

Ill wear TAGS but IM NOT WEARING an [R] tag...cause im not a Rouge!!!

Freelancer-

Flying around killing indescriminately depending on the direction the wind happens to be blowing doesn't make you a freelancer, it makes you a sociopath good and true and in this game the more psychotic types generaly fall under the label "rogue."
If this wasn't a game and we all realy did fly around space getting up to all kinds of japes you would soon have all od sirius from  nomads to liberty police after your blood and thats that. Now onto the being killed ny clan tagged players. You fail to mention the role play stance of the said clan and why they killed you. I got killed by some one with a clan tag is a little vague to be honest with you.

mmmm i think it is only if you make an R without Tag they can bann you! If you shot all peoples with out tag and motivation yes they can bann you. I was see POP bann for it some mounth ago.

But if you decide of join in a battle for help someone you can i think. Mean in the war with triad i was see a lots of peoples with tag and not join in the battle for help Triad and anyone of this guys was be banned.
I think a lot of peoples like the Tag but later they dont look for respect this tag, example i know a lot of Rogues right they have kill all the peoples becouse KOS right but i see a lot of this R's get alleances with X clans and help that clans in the battles... what is it? why anyone bann this guys?Why they use the R tag = KOS for all = no friends but they are ally with pirats?
IT ISNT A MOTIVATION FOR BANN OR KICK PEOPLES?? if it isnt i think Sythe you are free of fight and help who you want!  :)

At the end of the day the Void is a MULTI PLAYER server. With this in mind the admins and voids have a job to do in keeping as many people happy at the same time. If one person plays in a way that can and will cause people to complain, flame on the forums or even in some cases leave then rule or not the people in charge have every right to step in.
Theres plenty of options open to you but you seem hell bent on sticking to your guns and making a martyr of yourself just because you can't have everything your own way.
Theres a whole world of options out there in regards to rp, surely you're not that much a malcontent that you're not willing to explore them.

you know the funny thing is that it use to be most players asked for pvp, that is untill the rogue tag was added a little over a year ago.

unless it was pirates against navy or the evil shadowes most clans were nutral or green with most others and if they were red they still did not jump each other, this way of playing did not come here until this new mod when we got a bunch of players from other servers, that all died, all came here. funny thing is those servers died from the lack of respect from one player to anouther. then they tried to bring it here.

if 2 clans are fighting and you ask to join in and both sides have no problem with it then have fun, it a game, for crying out loud. you should not be forced to join a clan if you just want to play. however i hope you dont just go around jumping people with no warning in a freelancer. that would be very uncool,asking for a pvp is still a good way to pvp and it showes a little respect for your fellow player.

bottom line its a game and you should not be kicked or banned for shooting anyone now derepect and being a jerk to other players could get you kicked, but not joining in on some little war in space.

Your style of playing is more similar to Rogue [R] roleplay.

May be true free-lancing isn't just killing everone around you like obsessed..

Rogue RP giving you right to kill everyone around you and within rules.
Because those around you can see your [R] in tag so they can suppose attack from you.

And the most important thing..it must be a fun for everyone here, not only for you.

If I might add a little side note here...
Madderz & Xenon, I find it very poor etiquette to be trying to recruit a player who already belongs to a clan, especially since it is my understanding that both Reavers and ESF carry the 'no multi-clanning' rule, so in effect you're telling him to leave Eclipse.

I'd have thought the Eclipse avatar and userbar would be something of a giveaway to the fact that Sythe is a member of the clan.

I am not agreeing or disagreeing with anything, but why can't you make an [R] tag?  You do conduct yourself as a rogue at most times, whether you want to admit it or not.

Do you not want the repercussions of having the [R] tag and having everyone shooting back at you and you losing the element of surprise?  Because no one suspects you of shooting at them because you are a "Freelancer" you do catch every single person you shoot at off-guard.

You know how I feel about your gameplay but I think you may be just afraid of wearing an [R] tag...  The games a lot more challenging when you no longer have that element of surprise and everyone else is shooting back at you also.  If you want to just randomly kill players be respectful and ask for a pvp.

I can understand you don't want a R tag, and most servers don't care who kills who unless rules are broken or you harass one particular player by killing him over and over, but the admins have already posted their opinions.

However, I would like to see a tag that would be a Freelancer tag that identifies that you are looking for PvP (but not necessarily RP) and NOT just exploring or trading or doing missions or whatever.... Maybe...

That way folks will see you're dangerous, but still a freelancer but not a Rouge or other RP type.

R- kill any 1 they want when they see them its up to them kill or no kill they decide

freelancers i think should be able to kill people if they want of fly around and help people but if they go around killing people constantly then there upholding like they have the R tag and dont have it.

a freelancer should mostly pvp, assist people if wanted to help them, kill people that annoy them, trade, or explore not go around killing people on site without them doing anything to harm you first eh

well them are my thoughs on this...
