An interesting observation Burn - and thanks for the translation.  

However - the point of this is H2O did not wish to partake in the RP  - BUT he permitted himself to be executed at least 5 times.  His request for mercy was ignored.  It amounts quite simply to harassment.  There is nothing lower than someone who will execute a player to the point that it stops being fun for that player - thats why LOT was banned and not for any other reason - You as a VOID should be able to grasp this.  H2O was playing the game and nothing more - Killing him as part of the RP?  Not a problem.  Killing him after he asked them to stop on at least the fifth occasion - HARASSMENT.....  Its not rocket science.

"Baiting" - something of a very grey area here is it not?  In order for it to be bait you have to rise to it first. Think about it.

This ban is not open to debate - further continuation of this will result in the ban being extended.  LOT do yourself a favour and sit back, take the ban and think before you act next time.  As to protecting trade runs.... explain to me how DACIA have clan members that are level 90 and have reserves of cash way beyond that of even VOID players? I suspect that there has been some gleaning of the Cardamine trade route using "ghost" characters in other accounts - so dont be all "RP" about this.  Of course there is nothing "wrong" with it - but it stinks to high heaven of hypocrasy.

I was in Alpha when the multiple killings of H2O took place, from the conversations taking place in system chat H2O was looking to be killed more than 5 times to try and get a Dacia clan member banned. He did say he wanted to be left alone and point out the rule about multiple killing but the Dacia clan members present at the time ignored this and continued to kill H2O. I think the ban is probably justified in terms of the server rules but it was not black and white and the Dacia clan should have known better and not allowed themselves to be delivered a sucker punch.

I think it is downright disrespectful to question a decision made by a respected [VOID] here in public. Courage comes in numbers doesn't it?  >:P Why don't you all stop crying about it and move on. Really too sad for words. Even the best make mistakes. Take it like a bloody man and move on ffs.

This is not a RP server, if im correct its a shooter server so u cant force people to play RP so take the ban.

So,after all,this server is not a shooting server,is a cryin' server.Here,the RP does not exists,we tried to revive some of RP hunting smmuglers and pirates,making some good battles "good" vs "evil",creating the blockade and a lot more RP bussines,just to make this server more entertaining. A lot of ppl can't understand RP,but a lot does and supported us and played the role(sustaining the blockade or fighting against it). Untaged player? Only few traders or smmuglers use tags for trade characters.And i'm sure this was a good aranged set up against Dacia.H2O did it with this purpose,to put Dacia in a bad situation cause he hates Dacia.If not,it means he is against this comunity,against RP,against entertainment...hehe,in any cases he is against entertainment...


A player is harrased only when he asks for peace or when he wants to leave system or base.Not when he asks for smmugling permission.Mabe,Dacia becomed pirates,and Lot asked him for droping cargo. Will you start to bann pirates aswell?Oh,but there are no pirates...x taged players only make pvp in sparta or,from time to time stick togheter with R taged players and attack people...BUt sure,you will say "he doesnt want to take part to RP".OK.No RP than.


If we cannot play the role here is ok,we will not play it anymore.If this comunity doesnt need RP is OK.We will start to stay in Sparta like 90% of ppl,chat a little,make 1 or 2 pvp's and than quit server.
We will not continue any kind of RP on this server.

@ Zyraxes - Please read the post.  LOT was banned for one reason and one reason alone. If you dont understand why then get Burn to explain it to you.

I repeat.This situation was aranged by H2O,an ex Dacia member,kicked for extremly bad behaviour.He made this with purpose to make trouble to us,he provoked Lot.Indeed he asked Lot to stop shooting only for making SS,and than he provoked him again.You trust a  revengefull player, instead trustin' an old fair player like Lot.This 11 years kid is very angry cause Lot kicked him from Dacia. And now he tried hard to get Lot banned.And he did it.
This is not about this bann,is about how you get fooled by someone who made this all up,is about that is very easy to make an admin or serverguard to bann someone.No well intentioned or sane person can do same action just to be killed again and again.An normal player will switch to fighter character,call for help or just renounce to buy it.But this one provoked Lot several times.And he was acting good to be confused with an innocent player.

Fact is:A true Void Warrior,don't complain if he was killed, even 1000 times!. It's hard to recognise, but shonnen was right:It's the last solution 2 cry y were killed!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm  the one who knows that the admins and voids are doing a great job on this server and we have to accept their rules.
Everything was said here was very interesteing and all the disscusions about   RP remain open .
