Intelligence agents of several Government Agencies, amongst whom the Liberty Security Force (LSF) the Bretonia and Europa Navy, have intercepted a transmission which appears to be from unidentified origin yet. Residual radiation interference traces would indicate the message was sent by a REAVERS ship. This would indicate the presence of a REAVERS fleet in the Sirius Sector. However this has yet to be confirmed.

After analyzing the remaining message fragments, our analysts have concluded that the original message is part of a bigger transmission sequence related to the preparation of a large-scale attack of some kind. The alleged target is indicated to be Planet Demosthenes, Alexandria System. The purpose of the attack is unknown, as is the size of the fleet, its arrangement or its armaments.

However we have been able to retrieve a time window indicator, which suggests Sunday 16th Nov. 2008, the estimated time around 9pm GMT. (Sirius Star Date (SSD) 31268C)

Battle analyses of past experiences with the REAVERS have concluded previous estimations of REAVERS assets to be underestimated. As a considerable part of the law-enforcing fleet is either incapacitated or under repair after the last attack, current safety measures might not be sufficient to hold up to another attack.

All sub-sector authorities, clans, freelancers and other affiliations are advised to join forces and deploy as many reinforcements to the indicated area as soon as possible. The survival of the majority of the people of Sirius depends on our next measures. Once the REAVERS will be able to establish a foothold in the Sirius Sector, life as we know it might change for the worse. The REAVERS threat has to be retaliated or the war against the Nomads will look like an inferior training exercise.

Every sighted REAVER is to be attacked with full force. Escaping REAVERS are to be tracked down, pursued and destroyed. Leave non of them alive. Usage of all means necessary has been fully authorized by the authorities responsible.

I might add: At some point during the attack, I will hop onto my [EVENT] char and announce that one or more Reavers can be hunted in the form of a Bounty Hunt event with a nice prize. This way converting the RP raid into an event. This will be the first of many -=REAVERS=- RP / Event-combinations to follow.
