As far as i know we are not taking apps for the [FAQ] team until further notice, as we have enough members already for the time being.
But thank you anyway.

In addition to that, I'm sure that you will understand that the attitude you have shown us on the forum the last couple of months is far from what we the FAQ needs. One week of being a nice guy doesn't convince us of the contrary.
However thanks for your (hopefully sincere) interest, and keep up the good attitude.

He's got a point. An "evil" player who wants to be able to approach others in a more friendly basis might very well want a "friendly" tag.

I hope you can get an application accepted when they are "hiring' in the future.

With Yr knolledge about how it can fly a ship, how it can shot with a wep., how it can defeat an enemy, im sure the Void wil became a fully loaded server with elite fighters. Wish ya good luck! :)>-

What is 'evil' in games?

It is just a RP,u don't need a tag to be a 'good guy' or anything like that.
Being friendly is different because this is just a game, when u say u are 'evil' doesn't mean u become 'completely evil' in your conduct as well towards other players,it is just a RP.

My opinion doesn't count but Shon deserves it a bit because of his vast knowledge.
Its a pity the applications are closed but the silver lining is that this gives Shon a chance to prove himself that he can be friendly without a tag and maybe when applications are open he could get a spot in FAQ.

You never know some people can change and some don't as we have discovered in the past.

@ Geromix: Try to not be so serious, m8.

Evil is all about RP. I was and still am in agreement with Shon. WIth an "evil" rep a "not being evil now" tag couldn't hurt. But IMO I think he's a decent candidate for FAQ.

What we need to avoid here in the Void as well as in RL is forcing people into the conduct we believe they will show. It's fundamental human dynamics. Here's what I mean:  If people thought I was a jerk because I acted like one sometimes, and so they expected me to be one when they met me and treated me like I was, my reaction would likely be to act like a jerk. It becomes an infinite loop, a self-fulfilling prophesy. But if I got tired of being a jerk  and other people couldn't imagine me not being one it would be really hard to break the loop.

Sometimes people don't allow other people to change. No one knows how to react when they see someone being different than they expect. So they are suspicious. The best thing to do is to let the person be and watch with an open mind. What is true will come through. But if you keep telling the person crap like "We'll see if you can do it" or "One short time of being nice doesn't mean you're nice" is BS. That's not proper leadership and not proper community relations. I say the best way to see if Shon wants to be a helpful FAQ is to let him be one. There is no other way to know. It's not like the place will explode if it doesn't work out.
