This is called 'free running'. I've been doing it too together with a mate of mine, although my skills and athletic level is uhm well, a little lower than what you see there. Lol. The reward is an incredible feeling of total freedom and superiority over your body, and the kick of expanding your limits every time you practice. It's a feeling you cannot describe in words.

well, I gotta admit, the height he gets is pretty epic. That stuff is cool and the acrobatic skills are awesome. I don't think free running can be called a "sport".

This guy clearly has a talent for acrobatics though.
