to be honest mate i dont think there would be a problem and as for the flames well there aint no smoke without fire(read into that how you may).

but the powers that be already said no but i think that if the old members of a no so forgotten clan returned i would hope that the members of another clan would follow suit as i miss the old pimms banter and void needs that breath of fresh air as well as the duty players of the not so forgotten clan.

I believe in giving people chances,many chances,the past is past and getting back the 'old players' is something that could give this place new high.

Missed it.  So didnt see the bit about going to court. So, the Ban list.  As you are all fully aware there are people who are permanently banned from here for a variety of reasons which I am not prepared to debate. Forgive and forget. Thats a nice sentiment.  However there are those who we are fully aware of, that will just take the p*** and have done so even during the instigation of their bans. Some very pretty posts with personal attacks against the server staff and overall some completely moronic behaviour that belies some peoples so called "intelligence".  It reveals an air of arrogance and stupidity beyond that of "education".... I for one dont want these moronic retarded brainless and sad f*8kwits back here.

On a positive note there are some who were permitted to return and after a probationary period and some discussion amongst the server staff were allowed to remain, Ent being one of them. Some were given a chance and they screwed it up royaly - there were even some who we gave so much rope to that they eventualy got themselves into such a mess that they (he) was recently banned.  So, no we are not totaly ban happy. We do take each situation in a case by case basis, and we do give it our full consideration.  Also - dont forget, this is not a Democracy. It cant be. If we were to throw it open to this it would degenerate into chaos and eventually fail. We are (for want of a better way to think of it) run here by a loose "board of directors" if you will with Vector X as chairman and with the casting vote and ultimate veto - if he dont like it, it doesnt happen. The VOIDS and ADMINS opinions are listened to and even sometimes there are votes on certain things - again with Vector X having the casting vote (see last statement above).

I would prefer to think of myself as sceptical rather than cynical, definately not bitter (at least not here!) and as to twisted, well thats a whole other ball game.

Given the original post was edited Im going to lock this.  Please take note of the Ban List comments. Dont want banned? Dont mess around or screw things up. Dont cheat and play the game in the spirit it was intended.
