See Lestat, this is exactly the reason why topics get locked. Not because we don't listen, or don't care about your opinions, but because 1 person has to highjack it once again. The problem with the Void is the same group of people. For some reason thay hate this place and strive their hardest to ruin it for everyone else.

Unfortunately banning them doesn't work, nothing will stop them from trying to destroy the server other than it's distruction.

Strail has had enough, but he didn't want to see his creation die so he allowed us to carry on, but does the communiy show any gratitude for this NO. All we get is more B**S**T than we had before. There has not been 1 topic of thank to Vector for taking over the server, not one topic thanking the Admin team and Voids for taking responsibility over and pushing for a new Mod.

All there has been is a flood of topics critisising us because we don't want DTA back. If you look you will noticed that 2/3 of people who voted on the poll did not want DTA back before it was locked. It was not locked because we didn't like the thred, but because of it's highjacking, and it just becoming none constructive abuse.

Okay... This is just my opinion of things. On topic:

Free speech: Freedom of speech is the freedom to speak freely without censorship or limitation.

In the real world the freedom of speech is considered a value citizens of many contries have. This means they can disccus and argue so that they may come to a solution, end in a compromise or end with neither part agreeing with the other part.

The internet is not the real world. But my opinion is that the same should apply here.

But there is a difference between the Freedom of Speech and just coming here to harrass people. Harrassment is by law (at least in Norway where I come from.) Illegal in some ways. E.G. harrasment due to having a different cultur or, in any way, being harrased for being considered a less worthy person. E.G. Rascism is not tolerated and neither are harrasment towards people who consider them self homo sexual.

Again I think these rules should apply to the internet as well. In fact on these webpages it is illegal to harras other people.

Now topics on these forums are here to be constructive, if you have something constructive to say that is allowed evne though it might not be the same view of things that another person have. Then there is allways room for discusion.

But when topics turn non-constructive and some people find them insulting then there is a good reason for them to get locked. Unfortuantly some people tend to turn things off-topic and make them really not constructive. That hits the rest of us, because what might have intended to be a constructive and informative topic turn into LOCKED ones.

The players will be the way they are.
The clans will come and go.
Void will live and then die.

You don't even run the show.
You don't make the mod.
You don't own the site.
You don't have any say.
Heck,you don't even play/or you are 'leaving'.

You have time.(and you are bitter)

Let out your negative feelings,your bitterness,once in a while everybody needs a rant,i suppose the "Autocratic Admins" will allow you to post here as much as you wish.

But All your words will fall on deaf ears.

I suggest move on,play some other game,there are hundreds of good ones,i am sure you are playing some already.

All i can say is that making the effort to post here,on an Old Game like Freelancer,is not worth it,at least for you.

@ Sabotage: ESF as a clan were NOT banned from here - certain players were and subsequently are STILL banned from being here and Xenon knows it and knows full well what will happen if they are caught at it again. Xenon fell out of favour with us and in a group decision ESF LEFT the VOID telling us it was doomed to failure without them.  This proved not to be the case and they eventualy ( as fortold by yours truely ) they came back one by one - even those that slagged me off (just as you have been doing). Check your facts before spouting yet more spleen - I could delete your comments (and have got rid of the worst) but I want the rest of the players here to see what a total waste of space you realy are - so please - keep spouting.

@ Lestat: If you require this to get back on track please repost what it is you wish to have discussed here.  Any more stupidity from anyone and the thread gets locked - the instructions are not rocket science - they have to be simple so that the slower members of this community can catch up with the rest. Further testing of our patience will see accounts closed.  Dont say you weren't or haven't ever been warned.

that's a fake , and nothing from what you say happened
and there was one cheater in my clan , which i kicked from clan way before admins kick from server
after all , the one you talking about apologised to admins and told them that he forgot the speed mod on before he logged in , therefore he got his punishment , although i believe him , but im not an admin to decide , and i NEVER admitted i have a cheater in my clan and if i have one , then i will report him the FIRST to admins..

now back to you... you are trying hard to ruin this place by awakening old problems which been fixed long time ago , and this shows how much lame you are , so you can't beat in game and come here cry and make problems , saying some words to affect other's reputition on server , Good try , but people like you will never be in good places like here , cause simply you gonna be the main reason for your own ban since you continue on being a lame person.

i never Asked your Opinion , cause i know how much rudness can come from you

1- i don't have to be an admin to request a locking for thread
2- i am not an admin and i never said im an admin
3- i request a post to be locked cause i hate to have a stupid arguement from people like you.
4- get a life and remove xenon the ghost from your head , i can see how much you focusing on replying to my posts with a rude way even if it's very constructive.
