Dam i think i didnt explain myselve clearly LOL I WASNT cheating. Nobody can prove i did (even i wount b able to do it because i didnt) I just foud verry sad fact that i was kicked of, just 4 suspections without any chance for explanation (however i dont know what could i explain) after all this years of playing on void
Well i will be greatfull 4 any comments from ppl who remember me well
and also b verry gretfull to the rest to keep out of this topic lol (like BL's) at least keep ur opinion about my skills 4 yourselves

Sure sounds like to me that you had your chance to explain yourself. You said you haven't, yeah, but if I ask myself whose word I should believe, yours or the staff's, well, the answer is quite obvious :)
Also, I'd suggest that you'd speak with the admins privately about this matter, instead of just lashing out publicly, but it looks like you haven't learned to do that in your years of playing here. Ah well. Goodbye, then :P

I know Mat for years on this server and as far as I can remember he would never use cheats. Just before several days we had some good fights together as well as during all those years.

So if there's anything in flying style what some people here don't like, without direct prove of cheating, just thoughts..is that easy to get banned here ? Even the people are veteran players ?

its surely skill in u turning jsut b4 opponents nose so he cant see u doing it is somekinda masterpiece:)

but what amazes me most its not only thatu got ban which is pretty under discussion
but that beattrax got here from nowhere andgiving u a hand ...

Well I aint even playing atm - and I wasnt there last night so I cant comment on anything but the last 4 years.

I have fought NS Mat on a near constant basis for many many years, although we are not friends and have never seen eye to eye, I have never in all that time seen him cheat OR suspected him of cheating. This is a player that doesnt post flames, doesnt and never has to my knowledge ever sworn is system chat or created any hassle on the server EVER in the whole time hes played here.

As I said above I cant comment on last night, but this lad has never cheated near me and i think its only fair both sides of this guys charactor gets posted up here instead of yet another witch hunt on a veteran player and yet another charector assasination.

To accuse someone of cheating WITHOUT server side/files takes a very very experianced player - in EVERY type of fighting in EVERY type of ship.
I see all these fingers being pointed, how many of you above qualify to accuse someone?. Just ask yourselves.

If you did cheat Mat then you gotta go, but if you say you didnt then, I belive you didnt and im more than prepared to stand with you.

As a ex member of clan NS (Duke and Ceva) I can safely say that - Mat never use cheats. I cut the hand for him.
I do not believe in that, not said a word to someone who wanted to check.
And Kosmiker. Don't be so friendly for your friends (possibly one friend from BL say you this).

I had a discussion one night with a "nameless" NS player in my smurf character.  
"Your lagging badly mate"
NS - "I know"
"Dya think maybe you should log off for a bit?"
NS - "No - I dont care"
"But your affecting the rest of the server.."
NS - "Like I care"

Kangaroo Squad. I personaly have not seen a team "flip" so much on VOID as NS - dont get me wrong - not ALL of them - just a select few who are not playing here at the moment. As to this whole "I never cheat" thing ... well there are some investigations going on at the moment which should shed some light on the whole "I never cheat" stuff we get from certain players.  

Think more on the fact that you were banned for not cooperating when asked rather than banned for cheating as such - if your vessel is behaving "oddly" to the majority of players then that suggests that either you are cheating or you have a severe connection problem and need to log out.  Ignoring green messages from staff is not an adequate excuse.  No one, unless they can actually get a statement from someone, can "prove" you cheated - the fact that you state "Prove it" - indicates to me an attitude condusive to cheating - most that I know of throw that phrase straight back at us - Guilty concience? Maybe.

We know that there are players here utilising "Fish Eye View" and that have tampered with their ini. files just on the borderline of FLAC being able to recognise the alteration - we know that there are those who are constantly trying different ways of getting round FLAC and attempting to "tweek" their game files to gain an advantage - they will be caught eventually. All of these players and even the ones on the "High Risk" list have been seen to say "I dont cheat".... Sad but true.

Next time - when asked - your cooperation will be required otherwise a ban will swiftly follow.
