oh very cool sig 10/10

The C4D cuts off over the guy, So you really needed to round the edges to make it flow mate. And I don't really think the colours go to well. Also I think the text needs a little work

Although saying that the composition of the sig is good and would only need a little tinkering, So all in all good work.

It appears a bit 'fuzzy',the edges as Greaver said need work and the colors used for city skyline could change.

You can also do something with the way 'Xenon' has been written on sig, in ur old sig 'Xenon' was in a much better font.

I will give it 7.5/10.

You can do better than this.

I kinda like that "fuzziness"

I like the blur around the edges... gives it focus on the center, the important part. Never thought of using that particular effect. Nice work.
