aurelcici 002 char deleted???

I post here for aurelcici, he dont speack english and ask me to do that for him.
In 27.07.2009 at 12:00 GMT+2 his aurelcici 002 name char gone.
PM me or post here what's hapend.
Few weeks ago 1 of my char was deleted too, can any1 tell us what is going on???????

If you make a new char and you don't keep it logged in a minimum of 20mins then server will delete it. I lost 120M that way. Admins can do nothing because it's simply gone forever.

Could be this 20 minutes thing or also when your char got corrupted, I mean if you get more than 100 pieces of unmounted stuff like guns and equipment, your char might just disappear. Admin has to delete some of the unmounted stuff and char will be again available. This can easily happen when you shoot NPCs and take lot of loot.

Aurelcici 002 is a char with a few hundreds of hours online as i know, and with no unmounted issues...
He said, that morning, was online with that char, after few hours when he logged in , char simply disapeard from the list...

Dunnow m8,sadly Aurelcici cant understand english, it would be easyer,but as i know, he's other chars R fine, Aurelcici 002 is the only crashed.

i Will help - i am not an admin so i cant give him his char back

Stay aurel , i remember when we used to camp over monkey base , nomad-1 "blue skies time" , and i very willing to help just to see a very old veteran player like you staying on void.

all what me or an admin can do is to compensate the loss of cash , but the time and maps and etc... can't be compensated back - and i think , he should begin exploring again , and if im him , i would be glad cause i will play the game again like the first time , no data , no info and here we go. Fun.
