Server Rules change- [X] Piracy

As of today 4/02/2010 the new server rules for piracy on The Void Server as been changed

the new rules are:

Pirates

Pirates are allowed to undertake their business on this server, subject to the following:

All pirates will be tagged [X]
Any players not tagged [X] and conducting piracy activity and unwilling/refusing to be correctly tagged, will be banned.

[X]Pirating and Tax rates

lvl 1 to 20 - no tax
lvl 21 to 30 - 200 k tax
lvl 31 to 50 - 500 k tax
lvl 51 to 70 - 1 million tax
lvl 71 to 85 - up to 3 million tax
lvl 86 to 90 - up to 5 million tax

If the tax cannot be paid in full with creds then the pirate is
allowed to ask for a percentage of Any Cargo. (This Includes - Missiles/Torpedos/Mines/shield batts/nano botts or any none mounted items)
as part or full payment.This to be arranged by each party involved.

A Pirate may only Tax a player once within a 12 hour period.

I am in agreement with the rules.

Since the rules have increased and it may not be easy to remember them,i suggest that there be some kind of command in-game by which the rules can be listed in-game whenever there is some doubt.(particularly regarding tax slabs for different levels which maybe difficult to remember for new players)

las nuevas reglas son:

Piratas

Los piratas pueden continuar con sus acciones atendiendo a lo siguiente:

Todos los piratas deben llevar en su nombre una [X]
Cualquier jugador que no lleve una [X], actue como pirata, y no quiera o desestime llevar la [X] será expulsado del servidor.

Tasas para piratas

rank 1 a 20 - sin tasa
rank 21 a 30 - hasta 200k credits
rank 31 a 50 - hasta 500k credits
rank 51 a 70 - hasta 1 millón credits
rank 71 a 85 - hasta 3 millones credits
rank 86 a 90 - hasta 5 millones credits

Si la tasa no puede pagarse enteramente con credits, entonces el pirata puede pedir una parte de cualquier elemento que lleve su oponente (esto incluye: Misiles/Torpedos/Minas/Escudo/Baterias/Nanobots o cualquier elemento montado) como parte del pago completo. Esto deberá ser acordado entre las dos partes.

Un pirata sólo puede aplicar la tasa a un mismo jugador una vez cada 12 horas.

I'm one of the few guys that speak french in Void, so i'll try to translate the rules in French.

A partir d'aujourd'hui 4/02/2010, de nouvelles règles pour la piraterie dans The Void Server ont été changées.

Les nouvelles règles sont :

Pirates
Les pirates sont autorisés à entreprendre leurs activités dans ce serveur, et ils doivent se soumettre à ces conditions:

Tous les Pirates doivent avoir le [X] dans leur pseudonyme

Tout joueur qui n'a pas le [X] dans son pseudonyme et qui fait de la piraterie et qui refuse d'être correctement nommé, sera banni.

[X]Piraterie et et les montants des Taxes

lvl 1 to 20 - pas de taxes
lvl 21 to 30 - 200 000$ de taxes
lvl 31 to 50 - 500 000$ de taxes
lvl 51 to 70 - 1 000 000$ de taxes
lvl 71 to 85 - jusqu'à 3 000 000$ de taxes
lvl 86 to 90 - jusqu'à 5 000 000$ de taxes

Si la taxe ne peut être payée intégralement en crédits alors le pirate est
autorisé à demander un pourcentage de n'importe quelle Marchandise. (Ceci inclut - Missiles/Torpilles/Mines/Les batteries de boucliers/Nanobots ou n'importe quelle chose pas montée)

Pour le paiement partiel ou intégral. Ceci doit être arrangé par chaque partie concernée.

Un Pirate doit taxer un joueur seulement une fois par 12 heures.

P.S : Oh and a little question, i see that pirates can tax for unmounted things, so what about asking for a gun that is mounted of the ship of the target? Like a rare gun that have brought the attention of the pirate, he can ask for it instead of the money or 50% 50% etc...

Alle Spieler, die nicht mit [X] gekennzeichnet sind, der Piraterei nachgehen und es ablehnen korrekt gekennzeichnet zu sein, werden vom Server verbannt.
