Firstly, you know the drill.  Contact server staff directly if talking to the player does not resolve the matter, there's no need to make demands or order people around on the forum, it primarily leads to flames and this is seen time and time again.

Secondly, I will talk to Ozu.  A ban will only occur as a last resort, not as a first resort.  The wording on the info cards will be changed to more accurately reflect this.

As far as I'm concerned this post needs no further input from anyone and will be handled as it should have been originally, through direct contact with the parties involved.

The first point of contact should be the individual, the second should be server staff directly.  Forums are not the place for crying out against the injustices of the world when the proper channels have not been attempted first.

Our mk4 is very nice fighter and main is that work on this ship was LONG. And i am angry when I see any "player", without problems fly in this ship! Its not ship for voidians I think [-X its ship only for n*o.

I think if you are getting "angry" at an incident before it is even put forward for a resolution you need to step back and calm down first.  This is a game, it is here for the enjoyment of all.

In resolution of this matter I have exchanged Ozu's ship server-side for it's equivalent non-clan ship.  When I have the opportunity to communicate with Ozu directly as mentioned previously, I will be doing so.

What they said. Going to moan and complain publicly before attempting to solve things with the staff won't help your case much, if any.

What do you mean by that? The Salamander Mk 4 has the Viper's stats, you chose that for yourself. Given that the original is not an underpowered ship, I don't see how any mistakes would've been made.

This was obviously going to happen and will happen with every clan that as there own ship. (some players dont even read the info card)
Instantly banning players for doing this is not the solution, just being a bit more diplomatic about it is.

Okay, issue resolved following discussion with Ozu.  There has been a misunderstanding which has now been clarified and the matter is settled with ship having been changed for non-clan equivalent.

Case closed.
