wont load past undock

Do you mean AVG Antivirus, as this does not work with Void. One that does is Avira free. When I had AVG installed it did the same thing. You will need to completely uninstall it as it can leave bits of it still in your Comp. Also tern off UAC (user account control) then you will have no more Administrator Problems.
