2. Insidiously they injure the good and the law-abiding;
3. They agitate and disturb the public order;
4. They reward and punish without justice;

6. Their heart is venomous while they show a compassionate face;
7. With filthy food they feed the poor;
8. They are greedy and covetous without satiety;
9. They curse and swear to seek vindication;
10. They deceive the uninformed;
11. They slay the yielding and slaughter those who have surrendered;
12. Their deportment is irrational;
13. With violence they seize, with violence they demand;
14. They delight in fraud, they delight in robbery, they make raids and commit depredations to get rich;
15. With brutality they do harm and damage.
