New MOD, Cant Connect

Hello everyone, this is Amun Ra.  It has been a while but , I digress.  I thought I would play some Freelancer saw there was a new MOD.  I have un-installed and re installed everything, Including new MOD.  It loads fairly quickly and appears to be running ok....however when I get to the LAN screen and either double click on the VOID or select it and press connect it tells me that the server is either offline that it can not connect to it.  or that it is my internet connection, and I know its not.  Help, has anyone else had this problem?   I see people on the server, but cannot connect....Please someone help so I can play, I miss the Void....?  

I am trying to use TeamSpeak but am having trouble hooking up with Voidians on their......I will not give up though ....I miss the Void.....
