Sending Credits to Another Character

I have tried every way I know to send credits to another character on my account using the help pages /bank example with absolutely no success.

Could someone please type me an example of how to type the correct syntax after /bank to get it sent to the character I want it to go to?

/bank deposit 10000000 (banks you 10 mill minus tax)
/bank withdraw 10000000 (withdraws 10 mill from your bank)
/bank balance (lets you know how much you have saved)
/bank sendcash 10000000 charname (sends 10 mill to another player minus tax)

You can also use /list then sendcash #1 from the current players online...i think, not quite sure on that one
